Shane's Rib Shack

I like Shane’s food, and wanted to be a frequent supporter of the Jefferson location, as it’s near my residence. Unfortunately, my last few visits have made that impossible. On three separate occasions, weeks apart, I have encountered long waits for lost orders, in one case as long as 45 minutes. The managers make excuses for indifferent service in complete contradiction to what’s easily observed. My mother had to wait a half-hour for one baked potato, and the waiter came out twice to ask us what we’d ordered just two days ago. The service at this location is absolutely abysmal, and I would recommend a complete replacement of management and staff before anyone with an appetite sets foot inside.
