General Info

From more general and relaxing Swedish massage (just because you had a long day) to treating more specific disorders like shin splints, carpal tunnel syndrome and whip lash, it's my job to help you get back on your feet again. Pre-surgery massage treatments can help to prepare you for recovery and post-surgery massage aids in mobility, healing blood flow and quicker recovery.I graduated from the Soma Institute, School of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, IL in 2007. After nearly a decade in Chicago, I returned to my home state of Missouri. In addition to massage therapy, I am passionate about the Jefferson City community and small business scene. I like to participate in Community Theater and city events as often as possible. Im an avid cyclist and have an Achilles heel for anything involving the Muppets.
