        I called this morning to have service on my Subzero refrigerator which had stopped cooling. Chris came within 2 hours of my call and fixed it within an hour for a very reasonable price. Not only did At Your Service have fantastic and fast service for the Subzero, but also he was very neat and polite! 5 stars!

        Called to have ice maker repaired. Made an appointment for Friday between 9-10 said he would call when he was on his way. Never heard from him, and he never showed up. Lost a whole day waiting for this jerk! Do not use this service!

        Call them for a refrigerator repair and they asked if tommorrow between 1:00 to 4:00 and I said fine. Haven't seen or heard from them yet!! It's 6:42PM!!
