Try wife and I were looking for a local shop near Monroe Township and we came across Northeastern online. We never knew it was so close to us. We needed a bunch of stuff that the big box stores did not have. First and foremost the service was excellent. The selection(cabinet hardware) was abundant. We found what we wore looking for. Besides the hardware, they have an awesome selection on cabinets and a nice stuff. We certainly will go back when we start our bathroom remodel.

They worked hard to complete my order. Great job

Horrible experience

I ordered 6 Left Hand Out Swing doors from this company and instead of delivering what I ordered they sent non-returnable Reversible doors. Reversible doors have square edges and dont clear the jam and become hinge bound. On hot days the door swells and lacking a bevel they dont open or close properly, as opposed to what a "Hand Door would do." Even though they clearly wrote left hand out swing on the order and invoice, they claimed they were totally unfamiliar with left or right hand swing doors and this is what their supplier sent them. In their web site they claim to be very competative, knowledgable and extremely customer service oriented. They are none of the above. Not only did they charge me 50% more than the correct doors cost from another supplier, but all they said was, It's not our problem and just walked away, leaving me with 2000.00 worth of doors that dont work open and close correctly. The other supplier would have been 1200.00 and an easy install, compared to what I went thru with their doors to try to make them work considering all the jam damage I did. Their web site says they know what they're doing and their mission statement is product knowledge, customer caring and very competative. I would definately avoid this company. Less
