        I am a Government employee in ...

        I am a Government employee in Washington DC and Retired US Army Soldier. Someone stole my debit card and this salon allowed a woman to purchase $264.00 in goods or services with my name on the card and did not ID them. I am opening a fraud investigation on all personnel involved and holding the business liable for punitive damages to my personal credit standing and financial standing. Do not do business here as they can't even ID a woman with a males debit card so how can they operate correctly. nhccousa@yahoo.com
