The best cake bakery in New York, this place has done our baby shower, baptism and birthday parties for our daughter! Maricor is a such a sweet loving person, she made our cakes so perfectly and always on time! Her cupcakes are so delicious too! Our guests gives incredible compliments about her cakes!

Simply the best!!!!!!!!!!! They are a wonderful couple and they treated us like family. Both my daughters and I loved the cakes we sampled and Mary made the design of the cake just like we wanted. They even catered to my little two year old who wanted every toy in their place. My older daughter is very picky and so very hard to please but even she was in love with the cakes. My cake wont be delivered until April 2016 but I already know it will be spectacular. Can't wait to see it. Thank you both again. I will be back in November to get a cake for the little one who will be turning 3. I highly recommend Mary and her cakes to everyone, and her husband is great; you will definitely feel like family here.

This review is for the custom cake i ordered for my son's baptism. BTW it used to be called Sweet Treats NY and now called Custom Cakes NYC.



I initially called her for an appointment and ask if she'll be able to make me a very specific cake design for my 3 tier cake. When we arrived there, she handed us her 3 best seller flavors for us to sample. It was red Velvet, chocolate, and strawberry. It was so good and moist. The strawberry flavor wasn't just a flavor, she was actually using actual sweet strawberries which was to me a great thing to have in my cake. We had a hard time choosing which one to choose. And then we realized hey, why not just have 3 flavors on our 3 tier cake!



We told her the day and time we needed the cake. And as agreed she delivered our cake on time. Our guests took pictures with the cake coz it looks beautiful. Not only that, when it was time for our guests to get their slice everybody said it was delicious! Some even asked for seconds. And as a host that made me happy!



I highly recommend Maricor to anyone who wants to order customized cake. I actually just ordered another cake from her!
