A few co-workers and I tried Yamato out last night after work. The wait wasn't that long, but the waitress came to our table only a handful of times the entire night. I even joked to the people with me that I should ask for the check before hand so that when it was time to leave I might actually get it. I heard that this was just because they opened and they still needed to get the hang of things, which I can understand, but not even serving a friend who arrived late a drink for at least 30 min. is unacceptable. I had the chicken teriyaki bento box, which was excellent (especially the tempura vegetables!) All in all the hassle with service was made up for with the food. Definitely need to pay them a visit for that occasional Asian food fix!
