Roselli Moving Corp

Dealing with Roselli has been a nightmare. They were hired to pack and move our house. Several incidents happened but due to limited space I will only focus on key issues. 1. Armoir that was noted to Roselli take apart was not and it fell destroying the armoir and casuing a hole in wall of old home. 2.Several items broken when packed. 3.Item stolen (found empty package) 4.Babys crib so poorly put toegther it was hazardous for my 1 year old to sleep in. There was a loose side that the baby could have gotten his head stuck in or worse suffocated. 5. I contact the company everyday and leave messages for office manager, owner and calim adjuster for weeks and no one call me back.

6.Paperwork for claim was filed several weeks ago and no response from company.

7.Bold face lies from office manager and secretary on several occasions.

8. No voicemail, email or contact numbers are provided. Yet the owner was out on sales calls. What sales person that goes to prospective clients homes and is not in the office all day does not have a cell phone that potential customers can reach them at?

9.Secretary is so rude and should never deal with the public if you want service.

I would not only never recommend them to anyone but I will not stop pursuing this company until my issues are resolved. I would like if at the minimum the armoir and the hole in the wall are resolved. This is not a company you can trust. They are listed under 3 names, Roselli Moving & storage, Roselli Moving Corp, Roselli Moving Corporation.

Least to say, I am more then dissatisfied, I am appauled. The owner should have shame.
