They are good,their money is not expensive and the atmosphere is good

Nope just nope. I am used to quality braids as I'm from D.C. This experience was far from quality. First I brought a picture. I showed everyone who would look, the picture. My hair looks nothing like the picture. Second, the back was so disproportionate to the rest of the hair and the style. In an attempt to correct the mistake, they did everything but what they should have - take the braids out in the back and do them over. They re-curled and re-spritzed, now I'll be re-turning as they are unraveling on day one. I should have followed my first mind to go to another salon. Won't be returning. Gave 2 stars for the owner's willingness to own the mistake and make her braiders try to fix it. As a business owner I respect that. However as a business owner I wouldn't have let me leave the salon representing such a mess.
