I asked for an estimate over my car and yes it was the cheapest. They told me it was good quality and when they put on the glass I saw that the quality was PERFECT! The guy also told me that if anything went wrong to give the offices a call and they would fix the problem for me and i have a life time warranty! For the car ofcourse. Im very proud of my decision and i recomend 5 star to anyone looking for a glass company. They even showed me step by step on how to fix the glass.

they put my windo for my 2009 honda civic and im happy because it was the best price in all ftw area. they did an excellent job and they served me very well. i'll recomendes to everyone that has a problem w/ their window.

I called a while ago for a 2008 Ford F150 and many companies told me prices that were off my expectations. Then i saw 5 Star in here and i Gave them a call they answered and they gave me the cheapest price below of what i expected and they told me it was good quality and that they would clean my glass and clean the the inside of my car so i told them to come. They did as they did and i havent had a problem and i am very satisfied with the decision i did.

I called for an estimate for a replacement window. The price quoted was the lowest. When i proceeded to ask questions about the quality of the glass they assured me it would be fine. They told me they would call me back after ten minutes to see if they had it in stock. The never called back. I tried calling in 15 to 30 minute increments and they never answered. The add and website say they are available "24 hours a day". Just not when you ask any questions, need them to answer their phone, during normal business hours, and need a window changed.
