This business so far deserves no stars. They are impossible to get in touch with and do not respond to messages left or emails sent. I purchased a Living Social deal and it seems to me that they are simply going to accept the fees paid and not deliver the services they promised.

We were readying our house for sale and I wanted to make the best possible impression for any potential buyer. The carpets were a priority because they had some pet stains and odors that I was concerned wouldn't come clean. Enter Pacific Green CC. They explained the process and quoted me on the phone. When the technician came out, he went straight to the area of concern, spent the extra time he needed to remove the odor and never seemed in a hurry to move on to the next job. The results were fantastic. I was very pleased with their entire cleaning process not just the pet stains. The carpet looks brand new. We will definitely be calling them to clean the carpets in our new home, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service.

Their staff is friendly. They quote you on the phone and the price never changes once the technician arrives. The results on the carpet in my condo were great and the price was very reasonable as well.
