Poor service!!! Very disappointed

I asked for cut wings, I was served whole wings. I returned the plate, China House they cut the same wings on my plate! They must be comedians, but it was funny at all! I will NEVER eat at this resturant. It is convenient based on location but with the service I was provided I'll pass! I love Sum Ming, its clean, the food is fresh and service is excellent.
