I had previously used Dependable Appliance in the past by chance. They were called to do service at my neighbor's house and my son asked the repairman to come and look at my washing machine. The first time, the service was excellent, so I decided to use them again to fix my refrigerator. The call was placed to look and give a quote for the house refrigerator. When the serviceman came, I had him also look at the refrigerator in the garage. He couldn't give a quote because he had to check on the part. When he called, he was told to order the part for the house refrigerator. Of course, they order the part for the wrong refrigerator. When the nasty receptionist, (who stated she was the manager) called and was told that they ordered the wrong part, she was too busy talking, that she was unable to HEAR what I was saying. She was constantly talking over me and interrupting but she managed to hear when I said she was annoying. In her thick Spanish accent she asked was she annoying and I told her yes because she was rude. She hung up on me. When I called back to speak to a manager, she stated she was, and again would not listen. I tried to give small businesses a chance, but after dealing with her, I when and paid for a Sears service plan. I paid one price for a year and now both of my refrigerators are working. Good luck to whoever uses this company.
