In April 2014 I put a deposit on a bouncy house for my son's birthday. Rain was in the forecast, so I requested an early delivery. An hour before the party it was barely drizzling and I received a call from Roy(RLG) to tell me he could not deliver because of the rain. I requested my deposit back. He refused. Said in 13 years he's never returned a deposit and j could get bounce for another event. When I told him it would be January 2015 before I would have another party he said "everyone says that, something will come up." I gave up the argument and saved my paperwork. In January I called and scheduled the bouncy house for my daughter's birthday. Rain was in the forecast for that night. I asked again for the bounce to be delivered early. Specifically before noon. At 12:30 no bouncy house. I started calling and texting RLG and around 2:30 I recieved a phone call back from Roy. He told me that he was loaded up and ready to deliver but it was raining and as soon as it stopped he would deliver the bounce. It rained off and on until the party started at 7pm. There was finally a break in the rain so I called Roy back and requested he bring the bouncy house. He refused. First telling me its raining. I told him it had stopped and I need the bouncy house to be delivered. His response "I'm downtown and when I get home if it is not raining I will bring the bounce" By this point I was so frustrated I demanded delivery. He refused and gave me this speech about how he's been in business for 13 years and they don't take equipment out in the rain. I again asked for my deposit back. He refused. It has been a week since my daughter's party and my calls and texts are being ignored. Don't do business here! Your child will be disappointed for sure!
