Helios had been one of the top companies in the tanning industry. I myself have used them for 12 years, Recently they have been the worst. There new Version 12 is a bust. They should close down that version and go on to something better. You will get NO support from them. Even there employees are complaining about the cuts in personal. When you have a progam that does not work it makes a lot of work for everybody. Don't try to get anyone on the phone. If you happen to talk to someone they put you on hold then hangup on you, just like the phone company. My advice find someone else this company is too expensive $69.99 per month every month until you die and don't forget the setup costs $199.99. All they care about is selling you extras. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY
