Mechanically Inclined Auto

I am skeptical of every service garage I encounter, but Mechanically inclined has earned my trust and I use them for routine maintenance and repairs for all of my vehicles. They have even become my mechanic of choice for my one owner, prized historic vehicle. I have had numerous experiences where they have checked my vehicle and told me I DIDN'T need something I assumed I did. THAT'S integrity and honesty. They have a great reputation in our community, and it's obvious why when the work done on my vehicles is completed as promised, without shortcuts or a budget busting cost. I love this place and the folks who work there! They deserve every single star this rating offers. Would give them more if I could. I recommend them to everyone!

Single-handedly the worst experience I've ever had with a business, auto or otherwise. The receptionist was incredibly rude as was every mechanic I spoke to. They promised to call and update me day after day on my vehicle, only to never follow through and not answer the phone when I called. When I expressed my disappointment in this, they verbally attacked my husband and I. I have no idea how a business with such rude employees and no concept of customer service stays in business. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
