Kyler Brothers Heating & Cooling

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional place I've ever had to deal with. For the past 3 years now I have had problems with our A/C unit. I have a 10 Year WARRENTY on the "BRAND NEW" unit the put in my home. I have to call them umpteen times before I actually get to talk with anyone and when I do they say all kinds of great things like "we've tried to contact you and couldn't reach you" (A lie they've come very good at telling but check the phone records it's still a lie no matter how many times they say it), "we'll have someone out there by 4 tomorrow" (then you get a call saying they were behind and can't make it till the following day if they even bother to call you at all), and my favorite "You are out TOP priority" (which is what the owner himself said to me after trying to reach him for 3 count them 1,2,3 MONTHS!!). I'm at it again this year and I'm fed up. I have now had to make TWO claims to the BBB for these guys. Anyone looking for a company that does what they say and actually cares about their customers... Please don't call these people! (PS I would have given them a 0 but it wasn't an option)

Do not use these guys! They never showed for the appointment and then promised a discount because of thier no-show. The discount was never applied to our account and we were charged full price. Repeated calls to Kyler brothers have proved fruitless,they continue to promise to refund some of our money but weeks later no check! Don't waste your time or money on the people!!
