        Loved the doctor and nursing staff, not sure about the office practices

        Dr Williams was very good - asked insightful questions, really listened when I talked about concerns/problems. The nursing staff were wonderful - very supportive, very communicative and honest with me. When I asked questions about a financial obligation form they required I fill out, I was confused by all the double-talk and did not understand.
