Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning Indianapolis

Was scheduled between 12PM-5PM. They were running a little late, but called me early to let me know. The tech that came was very friendly and professional. Was there fo about 30 minutes. All the techs that have serviced my HVAC for the last 6 yrs have been great!

My home was built and finished January, 2007. I moved in May. Airtron was the HVAC company who installed my system. I have used them each year to come spring and fall for a check-up of my system. First, the system is wonderful. Second, Airtron has always been the best in customer service. Their technicians have always, always, been timely, friendly, and incredibly good. They take the time to walk me through what they are doing and why. They are first-rate and would encourage anyone to use them for service and any HVAC replacements.

Prompt, polite and clean. Part needed was noy on truck, but temporary part was put on and then later replaced. AC has worked well both with temporary part and correct part.

I have used Airtron for many years and have always found their customer service to be professional and courteous. I recently had a routine maintenance check and once again their techs in the field above an beyond in evaluating my HVAC system and made the necessary repairs needed and thoroughly explained what the issue was in terms I understood. I know I can always rely on their commitment to customer satisfaction to be there when needed and will send the best techs to get the job done.

I've been using Airtron since we purchased our new home 11 years ago - had their 10 year warranty - and only recently needed a new part. They have always been trustworthy and very professional -

A couple of days ago my daughter, a home owner called to have her furnace repaired. The technician, left her home without the heat coming on but not without charging her $500.00. He used an electronic box for her signature only displaying an X and a line to sign on.. When she called them back to tell them the heat never came on; technician returned only to ask for $800.00 more, stating there was a new problem. When they never fixed the furnace in the first place. Not only did they not fix the furnace, when she received her invoice it was filled out with her house guests first name and her last name. We are prayerful that this will be taken care of immediately. One of the coldest winters in Indianapolis in over thirty years and my daughter a homeowner and single parent has to deal with an Airtron scam.You do not deserve a rating, only rating with one star so my review will be posted!. I really wish that I could do more than just leave a review like this. But since the issue is with my deceased father there is not much else that I can do. He was a long time customer of Airtron. He passed away in February of this year in a house fire. During the rebuilding process I have learned that Airtron sold my elderly father a heat pump unit that was far too large for the house. He had the unit serviced every year and I assume that someone must have told him that the previous unit was bad, even though it was not all that old. I remember when it was replaced and it was not over 6 years old!!! It's obvious to me that Airtron took advantage of him and sold him something he didn't need. I live in another state and, not having been there, I can't say for certain that there was nothing wrong the previous unit. But still, they did not need to sell him something he did not need! No one in the neighborhood has a heat pump near this big!!! And there are many homes larger than his!!!

I called Airtron earlier this year and a woman got snotty with me on the phone. She said their service people never do things like this, that they have an A+ rating with the BB and are on Angie's list. Well, I've had dealings with companies before that have had similar ratings and they've been some of the most rotten people I've ever come to know!!! Those ratings say very little as far as I'm concerned! And seeing the previous post tells me that I'm correct! I just hope that a little thing called Karma comes around for a visit with Airttron and the people responsible!
