        DELICIOUS FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY FAMILY LOVES IT HERE AND I LOVE THE ICE CREAM. MINT IS THE BEST BTW AND ALSO YOU SHOULD TRY THEIR PANCAKES (I LOVE PANCAKES IF YOU CAN'T TELL BY MY USERNAME)

        Recently was at this Friendly's and the only person working there who was remotely "friendly" was the host at the door. From there it took the older blonde waitress 10 minutes to acknowledge our existence, ten more minutes to bring us our drinks, and then when the food came out she blamed the kitchen staff when she forgot to double check and make sure the orders were complete. She was very stand offish and had no customer service skills. Needless to say she has ruined this Friendly's experience for me.

        I loved going to Friendly's wh...

        I loved going to Friendly's when I was a kid. Thought I'd bring my son for a Reese's Pieces sundae. It was going great until I bit down on something HARD. I have no idea what the frozen blob was. I'm sure this happens, but the manager never came to address the situatiin, giving me a $0.68 discount, even though we stopped eating right away. Needless to say, my son was NOT impressed. Will not be back.
