        Overall

        Both the instructor and the assistant instructor are outstanding teachers. They both have immense patience and vast knowledge of the art. It's a small class and they give you plenty of their time. We work at our own pace and the senior students are extremely helpful. I would recommend any woman to commit to the first three months of this class. No woman should be defenseless.
