Dear Fishy Vic, we at the Bummi Rummi are so sorry that you was not waited on. Not addressing our guest is not the policy of our business. The matter has been address by our staff directly and will never happen gain or heads will roll. Please come back and give us an opportunity to serve you and show you our hospitality. Also, come and taste our great food. We have an all American cuisine with a southwest twist. Come, join us at the Bummi Rummi Grill.

Stay home or go somewhere else. My wife and I arrive at Bummi Rummi at 7:00 PM on August 30 and was greeted by NOONE! We stood around and waited for someone to come out of some back room and say "Hi, Welcome to Bummi Rummi!" But that did not happen. We saw a woman working in the back wearing an orange t-shirt, who looked at us but went on working like "That's not my job!" We wanted to try the new snack platter, have a couple of beers and see if this new place was worth our time. We were very disappointed and of course we will tell everyone we know how disappointed we were. I don't think they are getting off on the right foot and those kinds of businesses usually stumble and fall to the wayside like other businesses that should never have been started. I live in Indian Harbour Beach and was not impressed.
