Warts
Cryotherapy
Treatments options depend on the age of the patient and type of wart. Cryotherapy (freezing) is generally preferred because it is effective and rarely results in scarring. Repeat treatments at 2 – 4 week intervals are often necessary.

Botox
Botox injections are based on the number of units needed to achieve specific results in the treatment area. A free consultation with Dr. Hinkson is required for all the new Botox clients prior to the first injection.

Dermatology
Mountain West Dermatology was established in August 2004 after Dr. Hinkson completed his dermatology residency in Michigan. He was recruited by Eastern Idaho Medical Center to come to Idaho Falls. As the practice continued to grow, Dr. Hinkson brought on Rob Willis a Dermatology PA to further compliment the patient needs. Rob was trained in dermatology skin issues and treatments by Dr. Hinkson. Rob has been with us since 2008. Since the early days of the practice, Dr. Hinkson has included an esthetician to compliment the medical and cosmetic needs of his patients. He has found great value in the skills and knowledge of his aesthetics staff. Wendy Christiansen joined the practice in early 2018. We currently have 13 full and part time employees.
