        Poor Service, Poor Technical Skill

        Bought a Leer cap for Tundra Mar 2014. Damaged it during install. Took it back to have it repaired - lasted 2 days. Tore the cap to bed seal on second install. Wife took it back and asked to have torn "Leer super-duper double bead no leak" seal replaced. They put some foam door weatherstrip between bed and cap and sent her away. I wish I'd spent the extra money on a SnugTop, and gone somewhere else to get it. They also had some new guy try to wire the lighting in the cap that had no idea what he was doing. I had to pull it apart and fix it myself. Poor, poor, poor. Go somewhere else if you want competent service.

        ordered me some dodge towing mirrors had them installed and less than a week slade is a great guy and great deals as well i will definitly buy again from these guys!!

        Absolutely the textbook case of what not to do as a business. Orders never come in...service is terrible, high prices, and a ditsy blonde "owner" that can't seem to get a thing straight. My 15 year old daughter would be better at running this business.

        If you order anything from this store, plan on waiting a year or more to get it. We ordered a leer hydraulic arm for our camper shell in Aug or Sep and we still don't have it. Yet we called Leer and they said the store had it. We have called and called and they say they will look and call us back. But they never do. I will never buy from them again.
