Awful! I went in there years ago for a year check up and it was my first time going there. I had to pay the full bill up front because it was my first time going there. Over a year AFTER the appointment they called me with a $400 bill but would not go into detail about what I was being charged for. This past year I found out I was pregnant and couldn't decide on a doctor so I went there once again because they already had my info. We got to see an ultrasound for a very short few minutes in which they told us that the baby had a chromosome defect and was passing away. They did not let us have even one extra minute to see the baby for the last time before it passed. After we lost the baby I went in for a check up and to ask questions about symptoms i had been having. I waited for about 45 minutes to be seen and when he finally walked in the room he told me to lay back to check on the baby. I let that go. Then I told him I wasn't pregnant anymore and he asked how I delievered. I told him we lost the baby and his serious response was "oh, so you aborted?" I was irate at this point. I did not choose to loose my baby and I still was at the point where I couldn't even say the word baby without bursting into tears. I followed by asking him questions that I was very concerned about and he did not answer a single one. I had been experiencing rectal bleeding for about 3 weeks and that's not normal. He said if it continued for more than a week to call him. I explained I had been bleeding for 3 weeks and he said it was nothing to worry about even though he didn't know what was causing it. I got about 5 minutes with him in the room (possibly even less) before he said he didn't have any time and was backed up on appointments so if I needed anything else from him, I would have to schedule another appointment weeks away. I have never gone back nor will I ever go back. This guy was completely awful to me. His service was awful, his staff was terrible, and his billing department is so beyond words. I would never recommend Dr. Leavitt.

Dr. Leavitt is not only a great doctor, he's a great person who cares about his patients. He encourages patients to express concerns or expectations and to ask questions. He never rushes through an appointment and he has a way of making you feel like you are his only patient that day.His staff is friendly, efficient, and they know their patients.

Puts you at ease about difficult situations...very calming presence. Made me feel very secure. Awesome Awesome Awesome

I had been having "women's" issues and went to another clinic in town and was treated like a number and they wanted to operate without giving me options. The Doctor wasn't empathetic with me and didn't understand why I would be upset. I decided to go to a different doctor and chose Dr. Leavitt. Dr. Leavitt spent quite a bit of time explaining different options with me and empathized with me and my situation. He did my hysterectomy and my recovery time was quick, and I felt like he really cared about me and my well being. He is not only a great physician but a wonderful person. I highly recommend him.
