Trustworthy & Affordable Garbage Service

Two years of excellent service.... prompt... neat... friendly... polite... don't complain when I occasionally have an "overload" of trash...

I completely agree with Steve C. "Unreliable and Unresponsive" is a much more relevant name for this lousy company. See my review on YELP for more details. The woman who runs this business messes up the billing and won't "own it", consistently does NOT return phone calls, but argues and gets defensive with me when I point that out She doesn't know what it means to provide good customer service. Either way, the few bucks I save is definitely NOT worth the trouble she gives me. We are currently paid up through June 2016. I would stop the service now, but I don't trust her to pro-rate my refund correctly, so we'll ride this out and then switch companies. Bottom line: I would NOT recommend this company for your trash pickup. They don't know how to run a business properly and their customer service is horrible!

Trustworthy and affordable? Try "unreliable and unresponsive!!" I called this "garbage" agency 17 times in the first three weeks that I moved to the 27278 ZIP Code. Anyone who has relocated also knows that the first two or three weeks is the heaviest and worst Trash times of your life because it's all boxes and furniture, take out boxes and all the other trash that you let your friends who helped you move for free, dump in your house and in your garage. My garage and the inside of the hall look like The third episode of hoarders that you finally decide to turn off because you know how it ends.

We've had this garbage service for a year now and have been extremely pleased! Always on time and always neat with the job! Easy to work with, too.
