I was complaing to work friends over luch and his shop was recommended by a co-worker-

I went on Saturday and had such a great experience. The young women measured me (this was a first for me) asked a few questions about my preferences and brought in several bras that fit the bill (and boobs!). Found a brand I never heard of before (Anita?) and left wearing my new bra. Prices were ok- considering how much i have wasted on ill fitted bras in the past. Pretty dressing rooms.

I've been poorly fit in other lingerie shops locally over the years but now I am committed to shopping at Jay Ann's! What a great shop! I was whisked into a lovely dressing room and within minutes, had several bras to choose from. I tossed my old bra and left wearing a new Giraffe print bra (in an embarrassing 40G!) Highly reccommend this shop. Knowledgeable, friendly staff.

I went to Jay Ann's with a friend a week ago, and had a great experience. I have wasted to much time (and $$) trying bras on in department stores! The salesgirl took me in the dressing room, measured me and asked me some questions about my likes/dislikes. Then within minutes, amazingly, i had a selection of several bras that fit perfectly! I only bought 1 to see if it still felt good later in the week. There was no sales push to buy more then i needed. I stopped in late yesterday and purchased 3 more. highly recommend!

When my doctor told me she was concerned about my tissue and advised against underwire bras, DDD me didn't know what to do! But, I went to Jay Ann and they found me very supportive (and pretty!) soft cups bras. Thank you for keeping the girls perky and me healthy!

Very disappointed! Was swayed to purchase different items then I was looking for. Saleswoman was pushy and told me I could return the items if I was not satisfied. The items did not meet the standards she assured. When I attempted to return the items I was told I could only receive store credit. I was never told this but was encouraged to buy multiples of the same item. I was so disgusted and felt like the victim of a scam taking advantage of my situation. They made $210 off of me!

After visiting other stores, I feel Jay Ann has the best selection and the staff was very helpful
