This office has the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They manipulate and make you buy services you don't need.



My wife and I went in to get routine check ups and asked they we only get services that are covered by our insurance, after we got our bills we noticed that not all our services were covered. We found out they did x-rays not covered even though we asked that we only wanted what was covered. You also have to buy a $50 bottle of mouth wash regardless if you plan on using it or not.



The worst part of this office is the receptionist, Elizabeth. She lied to us several times about our bills and has not clue what is going on.



Avoid this office unless you're willing to deal with a bunch of thieves.

I was a new patient there that goes for cleanings every six months and has for years. We chagned offices because of our insurnace. I was told I needed a "deep cleaning" which was going to cost an arm and a leg. I went for a second opinion and was glad I did. They were just trying to get money. They told me they would not do the regular cleaning and that I would need to find a new dentist. Glad I did.



They are also horrible with kids. They don't let parents go back with the kids.
