        My Whirlpool Duet washer door seal had failed. They worked with me procuring a new one online and scheduled the repair when it came in from Amazon. Arrived promptly did the replacement, then serviced the unit for the price quoted to do the replacement. Very Satisfied.

        Charged me 189 to replace timer on our dryer first time my wife tried to use it shocked her now i have to miss more time at work because they won't send anyone on Saturday ! I'm thinking lawsuit!!!

        Do not use, run from this company. Worst customer service experience I have ever been apart of. After 3 weeks, 2 repairs, and $350 later washing machine was still broke. Ended up having to buy a new washing machine due to their inability to perform repairs.
