Seal Southwest

All consumers BEWARE!! This company will take your money and run. We signed a contract in Nov. 2011 for over $12,000. to have our cedar house and detached garage, cleaned, sealed and stained. Unfortunately, we paid them all but $1,000. of it. The house and garage look absolutely horrible and the work was never completed because the business was sold. So our 30-year warranty is not honored by the new owner, nor does he care to honor the contract we signed . This business has changed owners 3 times since 2007. The website makes it look like there is a team of professionals in white suits when the reality is only 2 guys with very little experience. I had to help one of them rinse sealant out of his eyes because he had no goggles. In addition, they caused an electrical fire in an outside outlet while pressure washing. The pressure washing also removed the stain on our mahogany front door. All the paint on the gutter, down spouts and window trim was pressure washed off and must be re-painted. When it rains, the house looks like it has been camouflaged due to the variations in the wood combined with the sealant. The sealant also left what looks like dark water marks going across the wood. There are new ones every time it rains. The new owner, Joe, and his Director of Sales, Terra, are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been spoken to the way they did and cannot believe they conduct business in this manner. Stay far away from this company.
