Even if the price was right, if that is the supporting staff you can bet you have already lost 20-25 renters. I know I told (5) of my friends who work with me about this! I am a Manager for a fortune 500 company in the city and the first thing I look for is a competent staff! Builders go back to the table! If you want $1400 dollars for a average 2 bedroom small neighborhood you are competing with midtown and downtown and you will have to surpass those neighborhoods by leap and bounds! I look at these they are convenient because I would be 5min from work. But constructive criticism: I relocated from Fl. Live downtown with a concierge desk all viking appliance and state of the art intercom systems. 24 hours security and I lived on the 14th overlooking the port where the ships dock (Grand Central Station) look them up. Your apartments are just alright in an alright neighborhood you are not downtown or midtown and they are very small. No comparison to FL. which the prices are about the same surprisingly because florida cost of living is much higher than TX. With the recent layoffs and more to come your builder will lose a great deal of money. Trust me a I do real estate on the side. I like them but you are way out of the range for the sq footage, surrounds, and amenities! You will soon have break ins as thieves look for vacant un-rentable apartments. I will be forwarding this on to you builders as well. YOU ARE OVER YOU HEAD IN PRICE!!!! Signed concern potential renter!
