Criminal Defense
Bianca D. Martinez was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Houston, Texas where she graduated from Bellaire High School. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin where she graduated in less than three years with a double major and a business certificate. After graduation, Bianca lived and volunteered in South America before returning to Texas to work for a major oil and gas company. She then went on to earn her law degree from South Texas College of Law. While attending school full-time. Bianca worked and interned as a law clerk with a criminal defense firm. She also took the opportunity during law school to volunteer for non-profits and participate in the school’s legal clinics and advocacy classes.
Wrongful Death
We routinely defend individuals and companies in state and federal courts across the State of Texas against minor injury claims to multi-fatality accidents. Deanna Rodgers is from Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Non-Profit Organization Studies. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2021. While in law school, she was a member of the South Texas Law Review and the Texas Journal of Business Law. She participated in the South Texas College of Law ACLU Chapter, the Women’s Law Society, and the First-Generation Law Students Association. Additionally, she volunteered in two legal clinics, serving low-income communities and granting them access to legal services: the Access to Justice Clinic for Landlord-Tenants, and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic. She also received “CALI” awards for the highest grade received by any student in her respective Constitutional Law and Legal Research and Writing classes and was designated as a Presidential Fellow as a result of her academic achievements.

Premises Liability
Andrew “A.J.” James Garceau is a rising trial lawyer licensed in the State of Texas. His focus is on cases involving commercial and general liability, commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, actions involving the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice Act, and appellate matters.
