Bill's Tree Trimming & Removal

We hired Bill to take down several trees on our property. He was very prompt with coming for an estimate, on time for the project, and did a good job with the job and cleaned up afterwards. We paid him cash for the complete job plus paid him in advance for removing some leaves from the property. He packed up all his supplies when we noticed that he left 1/2 a tree standing. He promised he would return to remove the tree and do the leaves in a couple days. We told him we were in no hurry. That was 2 months ago and several excuses and empty promises later. He has assured us that he would come through. We tried to be friendly and pay him ahead for work to be completed but lesson learned here for sure. Unbelievable that someone would be so unscrupulous. Would never recommend him to anyone now!
