Also great hot breakfast! As much as I've stayed in HS I can't believe we've never tried this hotel. They should advertise there extras more, well worth it!

The first time we stayed at the Embassy Suites we were on our honeymoon. When the staff found out we were on our honeymoon, they gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne. So, we went back for our one yr anniversary because we loved it so much. When they heard that we were there for our anniversary, they sent us a happy anniversary card with four separate bags of treats and candy, all complimentary. We are always surprised to see how this friendly team of people go above and beyond our expectations! I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a super nice experience in a nice friendly environment and a clean hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The room was nice and very clean. ( Although, I was a little disappointed that the fridge in the room did not have a freezer compartment.) The service was great. Upon arrival, our room was not ready (we were early) and they gave us priority (only had to wait about an hour, which is pretty good, considering we got there at 9 am!!) and they also offered me a free facial for the inconvience (again, OUR fault!) Very nice people working in all areas of the hotel. Big breakfast served the next morning with made-to-order omelets and pancakes, also a breakfast bar with bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, muffins, grits and oatmeal! The pool is nice but indoor, although there are several chairs outside for sunbathers like myself. When we were going to leave, one of the employees saw that I was carrying a cooler and offered to fill it up! (didn't just point me towards the ice machine!) Very nice weekend get-away & very close to downtown Hot Springs!
