Worked with Zach, "president" of company. Paid standard 50% up front for 2 signs. Sent final approved files on 6/16. My client had color issues, but they did not even start sign construction. Promised completion on 7/30 after many e-mails and calls made on my part. Zach called and put us off another week, but promised again on 8/5. Got a call from someone at Masterworks Customs on 8/3 (day before it was due the 2nd time) saying they did not have the files (which I sent to the president, Zach TWICE!) Due day came and went and no sign, no call, no contact.
