        Overall

        Got quoted a price to repair and told go ahead, they then proceeded to do something else without authorization and then charged double for it when I went to pick up. Horrible first time experience and would never use again. Not trustworthy and poor customer service.

        Just had a muffler installed on a Toyota RAV4 at Southern Muffler. Service was quick, priced right and the job professionally accomplished. I'm very happy with the experience, keep up the good work guys, Thanks.

        I am a new Cust. with Sothern Muffler and the service and attention were Awesome! and pricing was very resonible dispite of our horrible economy. I believe at Southern Muffler they did give a very good price for services provided! Thank You Sothern Muffler!
