Cool, Clean, Confortable, Charming, out of the Ordinary, Villa Sinclair is simply the only Place I would ever Stay in Hollywood Beach... I really feel Homy, Service is discret but very detail, you have everything like home. the value is great, & all the freebies included is like nowhere else.

The Best: even for 2 nights Stay, you get 1 Hour Free Photos shoot & 60 photos souvenir on the Beach, on the boardwalk, at the villa, on a CD/DVD, & it's absolutely Free... Also, the Romantic Movie night outside, on a Large Projector screen... or the Lounge Music playing on the patio Lounge...make you feel relax & in a little Paradise hideaway.

I came 4 times already, Summer offers great rates & you can save $100 OFF your week if you come on Friday... & by 8 pm just after the sunset on the Bay, the Host, light up the outside fire place & offer complimentary Champagne to the Hotel Guests...

for Couples or Family this place is great, you have everything & with full equipped Kitchen, if you don't feel like going to restaurants for lunch & dinner you can cook...



Location is also perfect, in the center of the Boardwalk, just behind Hollywood Paradise Gift shop, it's private but close to everything & next to the best places to eat on the Beach or on the bay.



Owners live on site, so if you have a question or you need anything from 10 am to midnight, they will be here to respond to all your needs.



3 new features have been added this past 3 months, a full equipped Outisde kitchen, with double door fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, 3 bar sinks all next to a stone BBQ & with a covered bar... this is perfect for Family reunion, birthday parties, Events or Weddings...

they also add 5 Beachside Cabanas to relax in the shade after a day on the Beach. each cabana has plug to connect your lap top or your ipad too, they all have fan, light & can be closed totally

One of the larger cabanas has a large dinner table for family reunion or wedding venue.

the patio lounge features HOTUB, SAUNA, 2 Showers, 2 Hammocks, 5 Beach Side Cabanas, 4 Sundecks, 3 Fire Places, 1 fountain, 4 BBQs, a Full Outside Kitchen, a covered Bar, bikes rental, Laundry room, a business Center & a place to rent IPAD b the Hour too for just $5/h, great if yo forgot your computer on Vacation to stay connected with your friend



My 3 Best Suites, the 2 Studios Picasso# 3 & Gauguin # 6 & the One Bedroom Beach Suite Monet #5, the other suites are great too, but larger, so more for families than couples.



the first time, I looked around & visited 4 or 5 other places, none came close to the comfort, cleaningness & amenities offered at Villa Sinclair...



I come to Hollywood Beach for leisure & business twice a year, Villa Sinclair is the only place I will ever Stay in, it's simply the Best...

This is it, one stop shop of hotels, great amenities, outdoor grills, a jacuzzi and it's seconds from the beach literally, best of all you save money by cooking in your room.



You get what what you pay for pleased by my visit.

Just spent Memorial week away from Home & found a little Paradise in Hollywood Beach...
Villa Sinclair is certainly not your typical Hotel... It has character, Charm & a lot of TLC to make your stay unforgettable. I stayed with my Husband & my 5 years old girl & we had a wonderful time.
The place is steps away from the Beach & Boardwalk. Surrounded by cool other places to hang eat drink or shop.
Pros:
1/spacious 1 bedroom Appartment with full kitchen full bath very well equipped,
2/ very clean & up dated with Flat Screen Tv-DVD & IPod & CD stereo
3/perfect for family getaway or couples retreat.
4/ Hosts dedicated to make your stay perfect...with a lot of cool freebies like the one hour photo shoot with a free CD souvenir & more
5/ Great lounge area for relaxation & BBQ
Con:
1/ it has a Hot Tub called a OOL, but not an actual Pool, but the Ocean is just right there...
My husband & I come often to the Beach, it s definetly a place we will be back... Sometimes with no kid too because the place is run by a French & Thai couple & you feel they made every detail for couples in love...
