Evergreen Pet Lodge

Have been using Evergreen for years for our very spoiled Boston’s . We have had nothing but Wonderful experiences . Current pet Molly loves walking with other pets and races in the door. NOTE we do send 1-2 gallons of Non beach water( I told you they were spoiled). They do not like the pumped in Beach water. But they love the play and care they receive ,

I brought my 8 yr old cat here. She stayed for 3 days. When we went to
Get her she was curled up in a corner not looking out. There were at least 4 other cats. It was a Sunday pickup. I got the cat out of the cage.
The girl hurriedly put our belongings in her bag. I did not realize this but her plastic bowel was broken. How did this happen? Why did she not tell
me. About 4 days or so later the cat developed sneezing. The sneezing got worse. She was lethargic and her eyes were tearing. We had to take her to the vet. She probably developed the cold from the facility', how well did they clean the cages. Do they vent the air separately from the dogs? That is law in NY. She never had a cold before. She is still sick. I the girl should have told me the bowel was broken and how did that happen? When I called the people seemed happy to tell me how she did. But this girl seemed like she wanted to get rid of my cat. What happened? I know she can be difficult. Just inform me.

We had just moved to Beaufort and were going to Europe for 12 days. we were frantic to find a good place for our two furbabies and we looked at MANY facilities before we found Evergreen. Although it takes us over an hour to get there, we will never consider another boarding facility for our dogs. They were clearly well cared for and they were happy but not overly excited to leave! We will be using Evergreen again for an extended vacation and will no doubt have a much better time, knowing that our pups are safe and sound!!

THANK YOU EVERGREEN! YOU ARE THE BEST! I have tried numerous boarding facilities on Hilton Head Island and throughout the country. I am so happy that I finally found Jonathan and his staff at Evergreen. The piece of mind knowing all my animals are being loved and cared for like being at home is priceless.



Evergreen is such a great facility with a very friendly, knowledgeable, and loving staff. They have always precisely followed any specific attention, medical, or feeding instructions that was requested by my veterinarian. They consistently go over and beyond to care for my babies. They have always contacted me if there were any questions or concerns. All my cats and dogs have always enjoyed their stay.
