Best Western Plus Chicago Hillside

Being my first time in Chicago I didn't really know where to stay, but this best western was awesome! They let us check in at 11 even though check in is at 3, the front desk was beyond helpful at explaining the train system to us. The breakfast was awesome! Great place with free parking. Definitely would go back!

If you are looking for a place in the Chicago area, try this hotel. You will receive friendly service, the rooms are comfortable, the entire staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and if you are there on a Friday night, that buffet is awesome. I highly recommend this hotel.

Free parking, free shuttle to the blue line so you can easily get downtown. Lower rates then downtown, so you spend $25 for a few day pass for cta, you gain it back after one nights stay and don't have to deal with the hassles of the city. Great staff and overall great stay.

For the rate I paid, I was preparing for just barely adequate but what I got was most pleasant! Very nice staff, excellent breakfast buffet and a room that was generous in size which made the evening work of business travel comfortable. I will be staying there again when doing business in the area.

I see why it's called 'Best Western' By far, this was the best experience in a while. The room, service and overall stay will be a memory for da record book.

The hotel was just off the expressway and easily accesssible. Never heard much noise. It was very covenient to get to several suburbs. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

For the first time i saw and used a quality shampoo and conditioner in a hotel, they had pantene hair product; that was very impressive. very neat too

I just want to say I had a great experience with this hotel. My girlfriend and I were treated very nicely by the staff. We took the shuttle a lot with no issue. Basically, just tell the staff you want to use it and they'll help you. Last but not least, Eddie the driver was awesome. Very funny guy and personable. Awesome experience.

The cost, location, free shuttle to the Blue Line train, and convenience of the on-site breakfast were what sold us on this hotel. Easy access to major highways to get to/from the suburbs and downtown Chicago makes this an ideal hotel.

Nice room; no complaints. Check-in and checkout was quick and hassle free. We stayed for three nights, and the room was cleaned well each morning.

From the outside, this place is questionable. But, once you get inside the atmosphere is clean and well maintained. The best part is the extremely accomodating service. We stayed for my sisters wedding at the brookfield zoo. The hotel offers a 24 hour shuttle. We decided to stay an extra night and they gave us the wedding group rate for that night as well. We had one issue with the shuttle. There was some type of miscommunication between the hotel staff and shuttle driver, we waited over 2 hours at the zoo for someone to pick us up. We called 4 times. But, the driver apologized and retrieved a free breakfast coupon for our next morning. FANTASTIC service.

Had previous stays at this hotel in the past. Not a bad place to stay.

The staff were courteous and overly accommodating. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable. I plan to stay here again when I visit Chicago. Easy, quick drive to downtown and surrounding areas.

My husband and I stayed 2 days and we had no complains about this hotel. The room was clean and the service was very good. A good hotel for the price and location.

Staff was really nice, clean room, lots of towels.
