        counter clerk had little knowlege on change of address procedure. I have not received the mail I expected at new address as yet. Extensive training is needed for new employees.

        I live in an apartment and I ordered 2 packages to be delivered to myself and I did not receive neither package. Called to find them and they were delivered just not to me. Wow why leave a package to anyone other than myself especially if u have to sign for it.

        I am completely dissatisfied with this location, I moved to my new address in May and as of today I have yet to receive my mail on a consistent basis. When I call to complain they tell me to call back and ask the mail carrier. Of course that individual will not give me the answers I need as not to tell on themselves for making the mistake in the first place. What terrible customer service!!!!!
