Tremarco Service

After having previously been a customer of one of the big oil companies for my service, I switched to Tremarco. I was never impressed by the quality of the work performed by the big oil company nor the quality of the big oil company's service tech himself. Once when I pointed out that my service contract listed two dozen or so items that would be performed/checked during an annual service visit, the tech told me that what he did was "good enough". Even when he would clean up and leave I would still have to go back and clean again just to bring the area back to near its original state of clean.



Recently, I had to have my oil fired boiler replaced. I decided to not have the big oil company do the work based on my previous experiences with them. So I contacted Pete.



Pete responded in a very timely manor to my call. During the process I was very impressed by his professionalism. I also noted that all of the components he was installing were of quality name brands.



As for the quality of Pete's work, I truly feel that it exceeds the level of a tradesman and is in fact what I would refer to as craftsman quality. It was by no means just "good enough".



Over all I am extremely glad I decided to have Tremarco do the job. I will be totally switching over to Tremarco for all my future service needs and would not hesitate to highly recommend Tremarco Services to anyone.

Tremarco has been servicing my furnace for years. Before I met Pete, I tried two of the major companies in the area. Both of them did not meet my expectations, most times needing a second service call for minor adjustments. Pete provides excellent service, is a great guy and very honest.
