If I could give less than one star I would!
I called because my heat, after being fixed less than two months ago, went out again. I asked them why they didn't fix the problems (they just now decided to mention them) when they were at my home the first time first time and got the repsonse of "Ugh, why don't you just call someone else?" And this was just the minimum of this conversation. I've never been treated so rude in my life.
