This is all based on the new staff, I have been going to this dr for 44 yrs. I made an appt for aug 17, called about 3 wks in advance. They called me on the 15aug to reschedule since there was a "computer glitch" and the dr would not be there. She rescheduled me for the 23aug. I asked why they didn't take appt before 9am, she said the dr lives in Virginia and can not get there before 9am. Since I work mon-fri I have to take time off from work. They have 3 dr's and not one of them can come in at 8am one day a week? So I came to my appt on the 23rd and they didn't have me scheduled. I asked maybe I had the day wrong. NO she didn't actually reschedule my appt. The receptionist I spoke to and argued with me on the phone was sitting there and started arguing with me again! Never explaining why I didn't have an appt for the 2nd time! She was absolutely awful person, they have lost a long time customer here. All with such poor customer service. Will not return.
