El polo norte hialeah

Today my family and I went there for lunch. The service awful, super slow, the food!!! We ask a frita cubana and it looks like a car drive over it with a awful presentation. A familiar pizza 1/2 ham & 1/2 chorizo and the waiter never review the order and when the pizza came it was chorizo and onion. I ask for the manager in order to talk to him about it and he looks upset with my complaint and the waiter refuse about my pizza order. He said that the frita looks like that he doesn't even said "I'm sorry". I felt that I was wrong. I had been there like 4 more time but today was the last one at least in the Hialeah store. I don't recomend that restaurant to nobody. Food 2 of 5, costumer service 0 of 5.
