I used Omega Relocations to move a 20ft sea Container from VA to Fiji. Long move. I worked with Alisa who was awesome. She made me feel like I was her only customer, quickly responding any time day or night. She looked at different options to get us s the best deal and within our time restrictions She then made sure we had contact in Fiji. Once the move started, she continued to make sure everything was going well and we were satisfied. We recently bought a vacation house in Costa Rica and needed a transporter to move household furniture from Texas. We were given the name of a person in Miami who does this. I moved from ORLANDO TO ARUBA. My move was complicated, and I had contacted about 6-8 companies. This was my 10th move in 20 years, I consider myself experienced. I chose OMEGA because:
--Alisa, the Sales Exec asked ALL the right questions. She brought up 'things' I hadn't even thought of.
--They did exactly what they said they were going to do--NO surprises!
--The costs, as I researched were 'all over the place'. Omega wasn't the cheapest, and they weren't the most expensive
--Communication ! I was kept in the loop. Calls and emails were answered promptly.

Let me tell you about Alisa Bazar (aka SUPERWOMAN). She is amazing and knows her "stuff". Omega Relocation is fortunate (very) to have her on their team. She was totally responsible for my move to Western Australia. Her guys packed my belongings at my house, loaded them into the Omega's truck and delivered them to their warehouse without incident. Alisa coordinated it all! I changed my mind about port of call (several times) and she took it all into HER "stride". I recently moved back to the States and Doris took care of everything for me. She was always available to speak with and was very helpful. My items arrived in a timely manner with no damages.

The first person I spoke to, Alisa, made me feel like I was putting my possessions into capable hands...and that they cared. While a little more expensive than other companies, it is money well spent and I think my estimate of taxes when the container arrived in Customs seemed very reasonable...so perhaps they weren't any more expensive in the long run. Every person that handled each step of the process had patience and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Omega Relocations!

We recently moved back to UK after 5 years in Savannah GA. Contacted a number of companies and got a very wide range of quotes. Went with Omega and am very happy that we did. Our contact was Alisa and she was unfailingly reponsive and full of helpful advice and assistance. She arranged a 20' container which was delivered to us in Savannah on 28 July and landed at Southampton UK on 18 Aug. After customs clearance we received it on 23 Aug in perfect order. This is my first experience with an international moving, and as I was advice I have contacted different companies. I received so much conflicting information from companies I was considering, that I didn't know who was telling me the truth and who was telling me what they thought I wanted to hear. But the only one who made me relax and made it sound so easy was Alisa Bazar . She is nice, funny and she treated me like if I was a friend, not like if I was a dollar sign. She really wanted to help me find the right thing for me and she did . All my stuff are ready to go exactly the way she told me to and the way I wanted to. So I am very happy with the first step ! Both my brother and I decided to move back to our home country (Peru) after living in the USA for more than 30 years. We researched online for moving companies and requested quotes form several different companies including Omega relocations. After speaking to different representatives, the one that impressed me the most was Alisa Bazar with Omega Relocations. Her personality and directness I found to be refreshing ! Her price was not the cheapest but she certainly gave me the confidence and made me feel that my life belongings were in great hands and she was right !!! My brother on the other hand was not as lucky. He contracted a company that gave him a cheaper price for the exact size, service and destination and when it was all said and done he paid $2000 more than I did.
