Excellent customer service given by Mr. Jose Zabala today. Went in not sure of which selection of phone to buy today but left very satisfied with the purchase i made, Thanks to Mr. Zabala. He offered me a outstanding plan that met all my criteria. Very respectful and helpful. Now I know a company that treats their customers right!

Hoy ha sido un dia super fantastico, he visitado, la mejor tienda de metro de la florida , en esta tienda 1435 W 49th St, Hialeah, FL 33012 recivi el mejor customer service de mi vida dado por el seor Jose zabala. quiero agradeser ha esta tienda por tener trabajadores como el y prestar un exlente servicio de 5 estrella PLUS .. . espero que esta tienda mantenga trabajadores como el siempre para que haga la vida del customer mas facil . saludos para el y todo el colectivo espero que le aumenten el salario ha todos pq se lo merecen :) sin mas un customer complacido .

Compre mis telefonos en otra tienda y envie los modelos de rebate. Estos demoraron en procesarse y no tenia respuesta. Visite esta tienda y hable con el manager (Rafael) quien se tomo el tiempo dentro de todas sus obligaciones para hablar con las personas encargadas. La situacion fue resuelta y recibi el rebate pocos dias despues. Agradezco que se haya tomado el tiempo y el deseo de resolverlo aunque yo haya comprado en otra tienda. Daniel Rey

Some weeks ago I visited this Metro PCS store because I had bought two phones in another Metro PCS store and I had difficulties getting the refunds the company offers with that plan. I was lucky because the associated to whom I talked whose name is Lourdes was very professional and helpful. She explained my complaint to the manager of the store and he telephoned to the right department and everything was solved after some minutes.. Isis R

All I can say is this was an outstanding place to come. The lines were a bit long yet worth it. The employees treated me with much kindness and were all professionals. Two in particular were an employee names Celeste and her manager Rafael. Two amazing role models, they were fantastic and gave premier customer service. If you have any issues with your MetroPcs phone or need activating, then this is the place. I'll be coming by real soon!
