I am a first time buyer at Colemans. Ordered a Dark Brown Sofa by Ashley, and saved significant amount of money - delivery was free as well. Would recommend this shop to others

I was very hesitant about ordering online without seeing the furniture. The sales guy suggested I call some of the stores in my area and see if they had it in the showroom after which I should price compare going with the cheaper option. I did just that and sure enough one of them had a product from the same line I wanted. However it wasn't the same piece. Once I went to the store I didn't like it so much but found another from the same manufacturer that was really nice. I checked the coleman website on my phone and saw their prices. The store was not willing to match it with the delivery included. My decision was easy enough after that.

The new entertainment was has allowed us to have bookshelves that match the tv stand exactly. We have already sold the old furniture on craigslist and we are much happier with how the living room looks.

We wanted gray leather and contemporary living room set and were having a hard time finding them. We browsed until we found one with good reviews called the donnell granite. We ordered it and got a call the next day telling us it was going to take about 3 weeks to get it. It was longer than we expected but we were willing to wait as we had our hearts set on it at that point. Well it showed up and we have had it for around a week. We really love it and it's highly recommended.

I'm glad I called in asking about the bed as the sales rep really explained to me how the platform bed works and gave me the necessary information I needed such as skipping on the box spring and going with the slat roll instead. The bed is great and it's the first time I had a bed with drawers underneath and it's great for our new and downsized apartment.

We opted for a sectional and added an armless chair to it instead of a loveseat and sofa as our room would be utilized spacewise better that way. The full delivery was free even though they shipped this all the way to Texas. Somehow they were cheaper than any of our local stores.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Forsyth King Arched Bed!!! Furniture was as promised; delivery was as promised. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I was recluctant to invest in furniture unseen, but I can assure you the quality of the bed is A+ and I could not be more satisfied with the product Coleman Furniture provided!

Received a broken dresser. It's junk. If it is fixed it would still be junk. Coleman wants to charge a 25% restocking fee plus all delivery charges!! Just want our money back. In dispute with my credit card company. This is the only site not loaded with complaints. Check out the BBB, it will make your head spin.

After the kids moved on to college and out of the house, we decided we would treat ourselves to our first new sofa in over 15 years. This time we were able to take a cream colored one (no little kids). The selection was adequate and the sofa is both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Overwhelmingly Satisfied

I was very reluctant to buy such a piece of furniture on line without actually seeing it in person. However, it was exactly what I wanted and so I took a chance. I am so happy with my sideboard. It exceeded my expectations regarding quality. And everyone I talked with regarding this purchase including the delivery service was helpful and totally into customer service. It was a fabulous experience.

I found a sofa on a different site for several hundred dollars more. I was impressed that Coleman Furniture offered free delivery and in home setup. The other site would only have it delivered to the front door. The delivery went smoothly and Coleman Furniture kept us informed along the way. I have already recommended Coleman Furniture to family for their furniture purchases.

Don't do business with them. Contracting delivery company has many restrictions. I had a hard time getting my furniture delivered and I am available 3 days plus weekends. They would not work with me. Threatened a 25% restocking free- no coordinating what so ever. Complained " we did our job, we delivered to the shipping company" you get it from there or restocking fee.

I will never order from them again- too much competition to deal with them. No authority either. Customer service manager only- no one else, must be a small company. Contract with only strict shipping trucks, there are shipping companies every where. I'm telling you don't order from them!

I was having a difficult time finding a couch I really liked in the local stores. My family said I was crazy to order one online but thankfully I was able to prove them all wrong ;) I love the new couch and had a wonderful experience ordering from Coleman Furniture, from my first phone call to the free, and incredible, in home delivery and setup service.

I purchase pretty much everything on line (except groceries). I have NEVER had issues....period. So I ordered from this company without checking reviews on-line first. BIG MISTAKE! DO NOT make the same one I did. Service is AWFUL! Customer Service is RUDE and could care less if the customer is happy or not. I ordered an entertainment center on 10/5/2014. I waited until early November and did not receive an email or a phone call as to the status. Called Customer Service and was told there was a back-log due to the item being so popular. I waited another 3 weeks and decided to cancel my order. When I called Customer Service I was told that now "magically" the item is ready for shipment and that I could expect it in another 2-3 weeks!!! The woman I talked to, Carolyn, was rude, unhelpful and she "ran the place." No one else I could talk to but her. Was told if I were to follow through on the cancellation of my order that I would be changed a 25% restocking fee. Don't be tempted to order just because their prices are so competitive. You get what you pay for!

We were excited to find the same Ashley furniture couches on www.colemanfurniture.com for about $200 less plus tax and delivery per couch. Total savings of about $600. After researching Coleman Furniture we decided to give it a try even though there were a fair # of negative experiences. Who wouldn't want to save money for the same product right? BIG MISTAKE on our part! Bottom line is if you don't mind waiting months to get your order and roll the dice on undamaged goods this is the company for you. Customer service acts like they "value you as a customer" but offer no restitution. BUYER BEWARE!!!
