Tyler's TV

This business does not deserve even 1 star but leaving a review won't let me if i don't choose it. With that said, do not do business with this person. As a customer the business does NOT have good communication skills. 1) Phone calls are never returned 2) Updates are far and FEW between 3) as the customer I felt I was the ONLY one making the effort to communicate by making phone calls and having to ask for updates on the status of MY TV. 3) continues to GIVE EXCUSES such as..."just like everyone else I'd like to be with my family during the weekends..."; "i was feeling under the weather..."...excuses as to why a simple phone call to provide an update to a PAYING CUSTOMER was not given. Right off the bat when I was able to contact him he went into DEFENSIVE MODE as to why I as a PAYING CUSTOMER have not been contacted. NOW when I finally called him again after an entire week that i gave him, he continued to be defensive and give EXCUSES. THAT was the last straw.!!! People do not do business with this man...you will be waiting for A LONG TIME to just even get updates...and the man could not even figure out what the problem was. Now i'm awaiting to get my TV BACK!

After having difficulty with a recently purchased television set from a big-box store, the manufacturer put me in touch with Tyler's TV to assist with investigating my problem with the set. Although the set manufacturer may not get high marks for customer service, I must give them some credit for assigning Tyler's TV for the repairs..... the prompt, professional and courteous manner in which Tyler's TV responded was extremely refreshing (after my less than satisfactory experience with the set manufacturer) - thanks to their years of experience in the field of television service and repair, Tyler's TV was able to resolve the issues with my set, leaving me A SATISFIED CONSUMER. Thank You, Tyler's TV!

Worst experience ever dealing with these people - especially Carlton, who was responsible for fixing my TV. Very unscrupulous and unprofessional. He came to the house, took $75 cash, and took a part out of the TV and refuses to return the part to us after more than a month. He has come up with all kinds of excuses as to why he cannot get a replacement part, but will not return the part. He basically stole a working part out of my TV to fix another TV. Whenever I call him, he basically yells at me about how he's got other commitments. He should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
