Lowest Price Carpet Cleaning

I should have known better than to not check reviews before hiring someone. Reading all these pitiful reviews it all makes sense now. I hired this guy to do a small job. Beforehand, I explained I needed a receipt for payment in order to be reimbursed by my apartment complex. He simply took the money and ran basically. He said he would email my the receipt which of course he did not. Now I’m out $125 because my apt complex will not reimburse me for the job since I do not have proof the job was done. We also set a 8:00am appt. He texts me at 6:00am saying he has to get gas and won’t be there until 9:00am. He actually showed up 30 minutes later at 9:30am. I would not have hired him had I read these reviews. I should’ve known better. Buyer beware!

Rigo was very nice and very reasonable with his pricing with cleaning my 2 bedroom townhouse! He came in and was finished in 2 hours and did it all by himself! He is very trustworthy and I will definitely recommend him to family & friends!

I wanted to expand upon the earlier review as there is an error on the rating. Rigo is a total fraud. Scammer. Rigo posted an ad on Craigslist for carpet cleaner.

Rigo agreed to $125.00 for carpet cleaning and spot removal. The agreement was payment was to be made in cash once my tenant who would be present at the property had inspected the work.

When Rigo arrived at the property, he claimed that the payment was to be made in advance. The tenant was unable to immediately confirm this with the property owner.Rigo then proceeded to state that there would be a $75.00 cancelation fee if the work was not performed.

To avoid this cancelation for, the tenant paid in advance. This was extremely unfortunate. The work was highly unsatisfactory. Rigo even abruptly left the premises after locking the bedroom door from the inside. When the carpet was inspected, it was clearly not satisfactory. It had not been steam cleaned which was the basis of our agreement. Upon contacting Rigo, he would hang up. He was verbally abusive to the property owner. This is consistent with his pattern that has been described here.

Rigo is very unprofessional and rude. As soon as he pulled up to the driveway he was smoking a cigarette and threw it in my yard. He started talking too much about how he is the best in the area and "bragging" about how much money hes made to other companies (No one ever asked him) I had to walk away just to get him to start the job.

I was originally quoted $125, even though his online ad said $99. I had a quote from another company for $99 and asked Rigo if he could match it, only because the other company was available at a later time and I wanted the work done asap.

When I asked Rigo for a reciept he said he will not be able to provide me with one since he did not want to pay taxes on it (I hope the IRS reads this). He said if I wanted a receipt I would have to pay him the $125... he then proceeded to explain how business's work and how he was cutting me a deal. I was tired of his nonsense so I gave him the $25, he said was going to text me a receipt. I told him that was unacceptable, he then said he would email me a receipt at a later time. I told him i needed a receipt that moment.. he refused and gave me my $25 back.

Horrible work from a very RUDE & nasty guy. The carpet stinks and LOOKS WORSE than before. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

He is FRAUD AND SCAMMER...........
Rigu was the most rude and unprofessional fraud that I ever had to do simple job. First, he lied about price online, then he changed it when he called and finally, when he arrived, he started raising his price so that I have no option but to have him to do job on his terms. he worst part is he did not clean at all and when I asked him to review, he refused. After taking money, he started cursing and threatening me. He has no license and shares no info for fear of being reported.

Do not go with this guy! So unprofessional! He showed up in a white vehicle that had no company signage on it which I thought was weird. He also wore sunglasses the ENTIRE time he cleaned my carpets. I believe he did this so that customers cannot take pictures of him so he can continue to evade taxes. When I first spoke with him over the phone, he said that I should text him with my address and info. That was super unprofessional. I had a bad feeling about it but didn't go with my gut and now I wish I would have.
The thing I am extremely upset about is he would not provide me a receipt. I need to prove to my landlord that I got the carpets professionally cleaned and now i cannot!!!! I just wasted $175! I am so upset.
I am reporting him to the IRS as someone who is not paying taxes. He evades taxes by not providing a receipt and by only accepting cash.
Other customers should also report him to authorities.

WORST SERVICE EVER !!!! The owner Rigo is rude and his work is Sloppy . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
