Our little guy went in for a full groom and returned with cuts around his nose and eye area. When we returned to discuss this finding with the owner; I have to say our experience was much like the reviewers from Angie's List. We thought an owner of a business would want to know what happened in case it was an employee who had done this. Well, we were shocked, to say the least, when the owner turned her back on us while we were explaining we wish we had known so we could have put antibiotic ointment on our Shi-tzu sooner. She proceeded to turn her back and walk away while we were talking and showing her pictures; leaving her employee to handle the concerns we had. The employee's response was, while rolling their eyes at the owner's blatant rude behavior, "I am sorry, but I have no idea what to tell you; I only work here."They should NOT be offering services to vulnerable animals in which such complete disregard is given to their safety and well-being.

If you come in my shop and stand next to me and tell me how to groom a dog I might get irritated as would you if you were me. I am only human and after 35 years of grooming I don't need someone telling me how to groom.I considered the lady with 4 dogs rude and obnoxious so you get back what you put out lady. Cangrads on finding someone who can stomach you and your husband. You never bothered to mention the haircut was fine. Thankyou miss sunshine.

I have 4 dogs. 3 of them we get groomed every 4-6 weeks.We had just moved to the area, so I looked for a groomer that was close to home. My husband made 3 different appointments on 3 consecutive days. We have special needs dogs. All were abused in the beginning, and wound up in a shelter. We adopted them because we have the time (being retired) and the money, to take care of them. My husband brought the first dog in. He said the groomer was very pleasant and was willing to work with him to make it a good experience for Jenna. He came home with glowing words for his experience. I brought the 2nd dog in the next day. I was expecting the same groomer and pretty much the same experience. Boy was I in for a surprise! I wound up with Linda (the owner). She was rude and abnoxious. After I got home, one of the other groomers called to try to smooth things over. Needless to say, we didn't go back there! We found someone else down the road that does an excellent job!

We are located just 5 miles north of Miller Mall. Drop your dog off and go shopping, or out for lunch. We aim to serve. Just let us know what your schedule allows and we can work with that. Be careful where you bring your dog in this city we have a lot of wanna be dog groomers so go to the ones who were here first and have the eperience to handle all sorts of special needs dogs.We have the best reviews in town go to city search and see what people are saying! We have warm hearts for cold noses!!

Over 25 yrs. of experience, friendly knowlegeable groomers who are kind and make my Wilson look great. Best groomers in town bar none.
